Appointments

Consultations are by appointment and can be booked in person, by telephone or online via the link above.

Please attend on time - if you are 10 minutes late you may be asked to re-book your appointment.

EMERGENCY/SAME-DAY Appointments

We offer children under 5 years a GP contact on the same day. This is usually an appointment to see a GP, however telephone consultations are also available if preferred by the patient.

Please do not be offended if the receptionist asks you for some information regarding your problem while you are on the phone. This is only to give the GP as much detail as they can so that they can help you in the best way possible.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Telephone Consultations

If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse please give the receptionist a brief description of your problem and they will deal with telephone consultations at the end of morning surgery.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If you do not attend 3 appointments in the space of 12 months the Practice will write to warn you that further non-attendance without cancellation could result in you being removed from The Practice list.
